Refund policy

At Byron’s Bee Co., we handcraft every product in small batches with care and integrity. Due to the nature of our honey, beeswax, and handmade goods, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item, please send a message within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Gifts

• Taste or scent preferences

• General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality or damage
